Set in glorious countryside surroundings with far reaching sea views, this modern cottage is less than 6 miles to Abersoch and Llanbedrog, and a short drive for all the amenities you'll need.

Ground Floor:

Three steps to entrance.

Living Area: With electric wood burner and Smart TV.

Dining Area: Equipped with extending table and chairs.

Kitchen Area: With electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Utility room: With washer/ dryer/ coat hooks and shoe rack.

Conservatory: With seating.

Bathroom: With shower over bath and toilet.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: With king-size bed and en-suite toilet.

Bedroom 2: With double bed.

Bedroom 3: With single bed.

*LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WIFI included. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ.

Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking/ No Pets.

As you pull up the driveway, you’ll notice there is ample outside space to enjoy, with seating areas positioned to take in the fabulous surrounding views.

Once inside the cottage you are greeted by a modern homely space with open plan living/dining/kitchen, a great social space for all the family to enjoy. There’s a separate seating area in the conservatory, another great spot to take in the views no matter the weather. Upstairs there is three stylish bedrooms, all with quality beds and furnishings to ensure a great night’s rest after a day of exploring all the wonderful sights the Llyn Peninsula has to offer.

There is bike storage, space for a jet ski and small boat on the drive. Beach 5 miles.
